First Summer Session

Undergraduates enroll in GRK 1301-F1 and GRK 1302-F2
Graduate Students enroll in GRK 5321-F1

  • Week 1, day 1
    GRK 1301 / 5321 instruction begins
  • In addition to the homework, expect a daily quiz and one exam per week.
  • Thirteenth day of classes
    GRK 1301 Final Exam (= GRK 5321 Midterm)
    GRK1302 instruction begins (in 9:45-11:15 time block)
  • Last day of summer session one
    GRK 1302 Final Exam (= GRK 5321 Final)

Second Summer Session

Undergraduates enroll in GRK 2310-S1 and GRK 2320-S1
Graduate students enroll in GRK 5322-S1

  • Week 1, day 1
    GRK 2310 / 5322 instruction begins
  • In addition to the homework, expect a daily quiz and one exam per week.
  • Thirteenth day of classes
    GRK 2310 Final Exam (= GRK 5322 Midterm)
    GRK 2320 instruction begins (in 9:45-11:15 time block)
  • Last day of summer session two
    GRK 2320 Final Exam (= GRK 5322 Final)

Typical Daily Schedule

  • 8:00-9:30 am, Class
  • 9:30-9:45 am, Break
  • 9:45-11:15 am, Class
  • 11:15 am - 1:30 pm, Break
  • 1:30-3:00 pm, Optional Supplemental Activities

The tentative Supplemental Activity schedule is as follows:

  • Monday, Special Topics (pizza and topical lecture)
  • Tuesday, Study Hall (tutor available)
  • Wednesday, NT or LXX sight reading group
  • Thursday, Study Hall (tutor available)
  • Friday, Movie
